for every under graduate course, the minimum qualification is a pass in 12th board exams.. that is a pass in the main subjects of your 12th board.. if physics was not your main subject, that is, if it was your additional subject, then you can go for any course which does nit require that subject...
as, you are interested to take bsc nursing, which requires physics.. you should pass in physics..
I am sorry to tell you that, you won't be able to get admission for bsc nursing, until you clear that subject.. you can apply for re-exam and score in it... and then apply for bsc nursing...
