I am doing MCOM from IGNOU which is going to complete by March 2018. Do i have eligibility for teaching MBA. I am already MBA qualified with Ph.D also long back. But I am not having 60% in my MBA. But now IGNOU MCOM is going to finish by March 2018.

Yes, IGNOU is AICTE approved.
Whatever the degree you collect after completion of course/program that will be approved by AICTE for sure. If you want to pursue MBA from IGNOU then you can go ahead without worries.
