Corporate law means Company Law i.e. Companies Act where as business law includes Contract Act, Sale of Goods Act, etc. Corporate law includes kinds of companies, share capital, registration of companies, administration of companies, etc. But Business law includes parties to a contract, performance of contract, indemnity and guarantee, bailment and pledge, etc.
