State Level Entrance Test(SLET) conducted by C.S.J.M University,Kanpur.

The university grants Commission,New Delhi has nominated C.S.J.M University,Kanpur as an agency of Govt.of Uttar Pradesh to organise UPSLET exactly on the pattern of the UGCNET.

Subjects of Arts&Humanities:

English,Hindi,Urdu,Sanskrit,Geography,History,Poli tical Science,Education,Economics,Sociology,Philosophy,P sycology,
Anthropology,Management,Library and Information Science,Law,Home Science and Music.

Subjects of Science:

Mathematical Sciences,Physical Sciences,Life Sciences,Chemical Sciences and Earth sciences.

Eligibility:

Eligibility conditions are the same as UGCNET

-->Candidates other than SC/ST category who have secured minimum 55% marks in Master's degree are eligible for the test.

-->candidates belonging to SC/ST category have secured minimum 50% marks in Master's degree are eligible for the test.

-->candidates who have appeared or will be appearing in the qualifying Master Degree examination may also apply for the test.

Syllabus:

The course subjects in SLET are the same as that of the UGCNET.

Procedure to Apply:

Application forms can be obtained from the specified branches of bank of baroda on payment of requisite charges
