Is jaypee inst of info tech noida affiliated under ugc univ.act and i m having 40000 rank in aieee wud i get admitted in it???????????????????

The Jaypee Institute of Information Technology is Declared deemed to be University Under Section 3 of UGC Act. 1957 vide Notification No. F.9-27/2000-U.3 dated 1st November, 2004 of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and further extended vide their letter of even No. dated 01 Oct 2008.
So it is not needed to be affiliated to any other university.
With 40000 rank you will get seat in the college.

why jiit noida not mentioned in their prospectus of 2014 about UGC ACT and about Accreditation of AICTE while prospectous of 2013 the sentence is there --Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida was established in the year 2001 and has been declared as a %u201CDeemed to be University%u201D under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956. The undergraduate programs of the University have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation of AICTE.--------pls tell us
