I'm 5th year BA LLB student and till 4th year the aggregate percentage is 50% with backlogs or ATKT. So, am I eligible to sit for JMFC exam after gaining 3 years experience as Attorney?

JMFC eligibility criteria in terms of education and work experience as well can be seen below.

You must have completed Law degree from recognized university and have experience of minimum 3 years as lawyer or attorney.

Your age should be in between 29 -35 years.

You must have certificate of adequate knowledge of Marathi.
