Education details and Eligibility:

For one to become an expert in Textile Industry he/she need to have the Graduation form Textile engineering from B.tech/B.E or from diploma or from Post Graduation.
Many private and government colleges provide this course.

Eligibility:

+2(higher secondary education) as science or diploma in Textile.

Academic cost:

You need to pay rs.35,000 for B.tech to do this course.
You need to pay rs.45,000 for M.Tech to do this course.

Sir, I have passed 10 2 this year (2012) and get a seat through AIEEE in Jawahar Lal Nehru Govt Engineering College, Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) in Textile Engineering. I am confused because of different opinions of my well wishers about the degree and its future prospects. Kindly suggest me should I go with this course? or otherwise? What are the possibility of job opportunity after doing the degree?

its really waste of life when you study this textile technology,i am a diploma holder in textile technology, idont get any better opurtunities after studying this textile technology,my collegues all of them leaved this field after completing this three year diploma, only getting a salary of 3000 to 9000 when ever you work in india,you get 15000 salary when you work as a sales man in atextile shop so please dont take this three year diploma,ther you can get another goood diploma so try to get into a another good field you want any suggession pls calll 00973335547008
