i am diploma in mechanical engineering to be contention in Karnataka state open university

can i join this university after one year gap? i have completed b.tech in2012. I want to to join this for mba degree.

some colleges r aicte approved and some are not u can check it n aicte website and after that u can took admission.

I am passed diploma in civil engineering from ksou in collaborative with bharat post graduate college valid for govt and private sector job like- ssc,railway,other exam
if valid plz name the construction company for diploma engineer.

Karnataka State Open University is approved by UGC(University Grant Commission) but KSOU is not approved by AICTE but approved by DEC(Distance Education Council).
