Apart from on campus hiring. TCS conducts off campus hiring. There has already been 2 off campus drive by TCS in 2012. While the venue of first off drive was Vizag, Chitoor was the destination for the second off campus drive. Mainly the information related to TCS Off Campus is posted on the websites like tcs.com and freshersworld.com. The entire procedure of registering, eligiblity is mentioned on these websites. Some of the requirements of TCS Drive are: Any candidate who appeared in TCS Drive taken place over the period of last 6 months is not allowed to particiapte. TCS Off Drive 2012 is only for the B.Tech and MCA candidates. What you would be only eligible if you have managed to secure 60 percent marks throughout your academic career. The Selection Process include: 1) written exam 2) group discussion 3) h r interview 4) technical interview It is always good to prepare for the written exam by looking at the question papers of the last few years. Mainly there are no technical questions in the writtene exam of TCS. There are 3 sections of the exam: verbal section quantitative aptitude section critical reasoning section These tests are not so difficult as B.Tech candidate can easily pass these tests. However still I have attached some sample question papers for your viewing. |

Before applying for the TCS Fresher's Jobs it is very important to have a clear idea about the eligibility criteria of this exam. In order to get the job you need to pass through four stages which is the main selection process. These four stages are: pre placement talks, written test on aptitude and logical reasoning, technical round interview and last round interview. To give this exam you need to maintain minimum 60% of marks all throughout your academic career and this marks should be attained in the first attempt itself. Only engineering students can apply for this course and while applying for this exam there should be no pending backlogs. So its advisable that you clear all your backlogs before your final semester exam. One important thing which needs to be remembered is that no best of four or five is counted while calculating your marks. So you cannot afford to give stress on your favourite subjects to get the marks required. Equal attention needs to be given to all subjects. There should not be any break in education due to extended education and the break if for any other reason should not exceed for more than 24 months. No diploma courses will be considered. You should have a full time B.Tech course. While applying for this exam it is important that your age is not less than 18 years. If you had applied for the exam before and was unsuccessful then you cannot give the TCS exam for the next 6 months. Syllabus for the Exam: Quantitative Aptitude Logical Reasoning Psychometric Questions English To apply for an entry level post you can log onto this website: http://www.careers.tcs.com Here i have attached the papers you are looking for. I would request you to download them and go through them properly to learn more about the types of questions that usually comes.
