The Combined Defense Service Exam-I is gong to be conducted on 12.02.2012 and you can not apply for it anymore as the last date of submission of application form was 28.11.2011.

So, you will have to apply for the Combined Defense Service Exam-II which has been scheduled on 16.09.2012.
The application form for the same will be available from 02.06.2012.

The best way to apply for it is through online application, which will be available on www.upsconline.nic.in, the official website of union public service commission for candidates willing to apply online.
