Here I am providing you the important dates regarding upcmoing GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) Exam which is going to be conducted in the next academic year.

-Commencement of submission of online application forms : 12th September, 2011
-One can submit online application forms upto 17th October, 2011
-One can take print version of Online application from at the respective zonal GATE office upto 24th October, 2011
-The admit cards for GATE Exam are available in zonal websites from 2nd January, 2012.

-Date of online GATE Exam :29-01-2012
-Date of off-line GATE Exam : 12-02-2012

Hi

Eligibility :-

-You should be in the final year of your engineering/technology or architecture or already having a degree

-Candidates in the 2nd year or higher of the Integrated Master's Degree Program or in the final year of the Dual Degree Program..




Important dates for GATE-2012:

Opening of application form is 12th Sep 2011.
Closing of application form is 17th Oct 2011.
Exam will held on 29th Jan 2012.

Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2) and those who are in the final or pre-final year of such programmes.

No you are not eligible for gate-2012.


The gate exam can give only final year and passed out student.So you cant give gate exam in 3rd year.Its better option to do preperation for gate

exam.You should prepare the aptitude,english grammer and your branch subjects.So that it can help you when you give the gate exam in final year.

You have very good time to prepare so you should prepare for gate exam.You can take coaching classes from any honourable institute.So you can

get good marks in gate exam.

Dear friend,

The eligibility criteria for GATE exam:-

(a) Bachelor’s degree holders in Engineering/Technology or its equivalent.

(b) Bachelor’s degree holders in Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Electronics/ followed by qualifications obtained through an examination conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE.

(c) Bachelor’s degree holders in Architecture/Design (for M Des program only)

(d) Master’s degree holders in Physics with Electronics/Instrumentation (for M Tech programs).

From this year only final year student are eligible.

3rd year student are not eligible for GATE exam.

Application date for GATE exam is already over now.
