IBPS common written examination regional rural banks for officer post is going to be held on 2nd September and for officer assistant is on 9th September. Registration has already closed. PO examination has already been conducted on 17th June, 2012. If you are asking date of next IBPS examination, you need to wait till next notification comes. You can track notifications in newspapers, employment magazines, gazettes. You can also visit www.ibps.in for announcements, advertisements.
Eligibility Criteria

• A degree of bachelor in any discipline from UGC recognised university is all that needed as educational qualification.
• Minimum age attained should be 21 years. Upper age limit for gen category candidates is 30 years.
• SC/ST candidates get 5 years concession in upper age limit.
• For OBC non creamy layer candidates 3 years relaxation in maximum age limit.
• Physically handicapped persons are eligible upto 40 years of age.
• Ex servicemen of Indian army who have put at least 5 years of service at a stretch get 5 years age concession.

IBPS paper carry total 250 marks. It covers questions from General Ability,Computer knowledge, Reasoning, Quants, English. Multiple choice question is asked. Negative marks is awarded for each incorrect response. Final selection is made after interview.
