last date for MPPMT form summision are not yet declare.

Important Dates: -

1. Date of Entrance Examination: Mid week of June, 2011

2. Availability of Application Forms: First week to Last week of May, 2011

3. Last Date for receipt of completed application forms: Last week of May, 2011

Eligibility criteria:

A candidate should be atleast 17 years of age.
passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with atleast 50% aggregate marks
(40% for Reserved Category) in Physics, Chemsitry and Biology.

Date of Issuing of Application Form: 3rd week of April, 2011

Last Date of Receipt of Application Form: 2nd week of May, 2011

Date of Madhya Pradesh PMT: 1st week of June, 2011


Application form can be had from Professional Examination Board M.P. Link
Road No.-1, Arera Hills, Chinar Park Extension, Bhopal 462011 on cash
payment of Rs. 500/-( 250/- in case of SC/ST of Candidates of MP).

It can also be acquired by sending a request along with a DD of Rs 550/-
(300/- in case of S/ST candidates of MP) in favor of Professional Examination
Board, Bhopal.

Application Form of the Madhya Pradesh Pre Medical Test can also be
accessed on line. Those who submit the online application form should make
the payment Rs. 550/- ( 300/- for SC/St candidates of MP) in the form of a
demand draft while sending the confirmation page.

Madhya Pradesh Pre Medical Test - MP PMT
Madhya Pradesh Pre-Medical/Pharmacy/Nursing Test (PMT) for Admission to MBBS/BDS BPharm/BSc (Nursing) courses is conducted by Professional Examination Board, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal. There are seven medical and dental Government colleges in Madhya Pradesh in which admission is through MP PMT entrance examination

The number of seats in Government Colleges for MBBS is 720 and for BDS is 40 and number of seats in Private colleges for MBBS is 210 and in BDS is 428. Only Madhya Pradesh State Candidates can apply for MP PMT entrance exam.




Eligibility

A candidate should be at least 17 years of age as on 1st July, 2011.
Further a candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate marks (40% for Reserved Category) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Those appearing for 10+2 examination in 2011 can also apply.
A candidate should be a bonafide Resident of Madhya Pradesh.

Tentative Date of MP-PMT Entrance Examination: June 1st week, 2011

Application Form

The form for MP PMT will be available in April from MP Professional Examination Board.
Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.vyapam.nic.in.
Availability of Application Forms: April 3rd week, 2011

Madhya Pradesh Pre Medical Test 2011

Admission to MBBS/BDS/Bpharm/BSc (Nursing) courses in the some colleges of Madhya Pradesh is made through the Madya Pradesh Pre-Medical Test (PMT) conducted by Professional Examination Board, MP.

Eligibility: Candidates who have passed the 10+2 level exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English with at least 50% ( 40% for reserved category students) marks in aggregate are eligible for admission to the MBBS/BDS Courses.

Candidates who have appeared for their qualifying exam may also apply. Medical fitness is required. Candidates should also not be below 17 years of age on 31 December of the year in which he or she is seeking admission. Candidates should either be a bonafide resident of Madhya Pradesh or soon /daughter of an employee or retired employee of Madhya Pradesh, an employee who died while in regular services belonging to the Government of Madhya Pradesh/ an Officer of All India Services belonging to Madhya Pradesh cadre/ an employee of Govt of India or Govt of India undertaking who is posted in MP before 1st January of the year of MP PMT/ a person who is settled permanently under some scheme of Govt. OF India or MP Govt./ a military personnel or a person who is a displaced person of Jammu & Kashmir settled in Madhya Pradesh.

PMT Madhya Pradesh Examination Centre: Bhopal, Bilaspur, Durg, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Jagdalpur, Raipur, Rewa, Sagar and Ujjain.
