Yes , you can get admission in any college in INDIA direct in second year after diploma course.
Your percentage are enough to get admission in the B.Tech course.

i completed diploma in electronics after completion of 12 th , 2 years with direct entry into seond year because i did vocational in 12 th.now i have passed with both last 2 semesters with 59% .can i get admission into 2nd year degree
