Mostly To Level companies hires those students who have Graduate in any stream with minimum 55%-60% marks.

But some companies hires candidates on the basis of work experience nor on the basis on the degree level like BPO vs KPO (Business Processing Outsourcing & Knowledge Processing Outsourcing)

If you want to get job in Govt. Sector then you would have to need minimum 60% marks for the job in Banking sector like IBPS clerk & IBPS PO level post.
