I am currently preparing for the IIT entrance and want to pursue Btech in mechatronics and Mtech in Robotics. Can you please tell me which IITs provide these degrees currently or could possibly provide by two years ? Please tell me soon.

No, Mechatronics is not offered as a B.E/B.Tech course in any of the IIT's.
