Re: Is M.Phil from deemed university eligible to get a job as a lecturer?
M.Phil stands for Master of Philosophy. If your deemed university from which you have done M.Phil is recognized by University Grants Commission then your degree is valid for National Eligibility Test.
NET is conducted by CBSE every year for Junior Research Fellowship and lecturer job. The eligibility criteria for NET exam is: *Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. *At least 55% marks in master's degree to be eligible for NET exam. The upper age limit for JRF is 28 years and for lecturer there is no upper age limit. |
