Yes, of course MA is valid for NET and Government exams as well. MA is one of the recognized course in India.

Master of Arts (M.A) is an two year Master degree course, which is split into four semesters. There so many Government and Private colleges which offer MA degree program. Those candidates who have completed their MA degree program can eligible for NET and Government exams.

National Eligibility Test (NET) and this entrance exam is conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC) for every year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Educational Qualification:
Applicants must have completed master degree program or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university and Final year students can also eligible.

Age Limit:
Applicant age should attain the age of 19 years and should not attain the age of 28 years. Upper age relaxation will be given to reserving category students.

Government Exams After MA Degree Program:

-Civil Service Exam
-Combined Defence Service
-Railway Recruitment Board Exam
-Post Department Exam
