Yes, you have to appear the entrance exam after filling the Company Secretary form and also fee also to be paid along with the form only.
CS exam is conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) and this course will be completed in 3 stages.
* Foundation course which is of 8 months duration and course fee is Rs.3600/-
* Executive course : It is 9 months duration course and fee is Rs.7000/-
* Professional course is of 10 months duration and course fee is Rs.12,000/-.
12th standard or equivalent examination pass is minimum qualification required to apply for Foundation course.

For applying for any job or for any course it is mandatory to fill up the required form's before the entrance examination by paying the required fees.Similarly here also you need to fill the CS form i.e the Company Secretary form before the entrance exam along with the fees but make sure that you have completed 10+2 from recognized board/university before applying.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
