Hi, for a successful career in the IT industry, an MCA is certainly regarded as the more preferred option as bigger companies would prefer a candidate who has done MCA to MSc (IT). After an MCA all software jobs are open to you. You can start building your IT career by opting for any of the following basic areas: Software programmer, Systems Analyst etc. An MCA is well recognised in the industry and covers application oriented courses. The course in M.Sc. has a greater stress on theory. However depending on personal competence, it is possible to get a good job in the IT sector with either of the two degrees. Value both options and and the take an informed step in the best of your interest.

if you want to be a teacher in your life then choose m.tech or if you prefer good job or intresting in marketing then gre and mba is better options for you.aslo if you want to be reserch in cse then you should choose m.s. course.

If you have decided to go for masters in field of computers then best options for you will be MTech in one of the following areas:-

1) computer networks
2)CSE
3) IT

There are various institutes providing these courses.
For admission in most of the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs you will have to appear in competitive exams like GATE.

You can go in for the Masters course in CSE stream itself. If you would like to change streams then MBA option is available. But this choice needs to be made based on what kind of a career you are interested in making. Whether technical or an administrative role interests you. Also other than these there are short terms courses offered by institutes like NIIT, Aptec etc.

You can start preparing for GATE exams & can apply for M. Tech courses in Computer at IITs, IISc/NITs. That will have good scope in future.

If you are interested in business or marketing, you can pursue MBA by cracking with good marks in CAT exams.

As per your flavor & desire, you can pursue any of the above masters course & earn good salary.

cse students will have to do job in multinational companies and according to the latest trend, all the multinational companies are demanding for b.e. + mba.
they want technical and management skills in single person.
so you must do mba in order to get good job

As you do your B.Tech by CSE you should join MBA program .

This is the best for you ,you have a lot of job in this field .
