You have to passed graduation degree with minimum 50% Marks from any recognized university . There is not require any age criteria for the candidate.Some time they are recruit the candidate with industry experience basis.

Pattern for Written Exam for IGNOU open MAT exam:-

Reasoning - 70 questions.
General Awareness - 30 questions.
English Language - 50 questions.
Quantitative Aptitude - 50
