♦> It is a fact that the BCA course cannot provide one with the stability and the career options that the MCA program can give. The BCA course will only give one the fundamental exposure of the many applications of the Computer Language. However, it cannot and will not give one the strategically as well as optimized environment that the MCA can give. Thus we can say that the MCA course has a value of its own and its personal individuality.

♦♦ Why choose MCA after BCA ?

One can say that doing the Master’s level program after BCA can boost one’s career. Many major forms such as Wipro, Vodafone, Infosys and Satyam take in students of MCA. Other firms that recruit students of MCA are Microsoft and Essar Communications. The future for students will indeed be brighter if they have a Master’s degree.

♦♦ Outline of MCA Course :

This program has a period of 3 years with 6 semesters. Each semester comprises of 6 months. The topics that are included in this program are C, C++ and Algo etc. More details about this course can be got from the official websites of institutions that offer this program. The candidates are given placements for industrial training during their final year. This procedure helps the students gain an individual idea about their career.

♦♦ Best Institutes offering MCA :

_____• Aligarh Muslim University
_____• Banaras Hindu University
_____• Birla Institute of Technology
_____• Delhi University,
_____• Hyderabad University
_____• Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
_____• Magadh University
_____• Tezpur University
_____• Vellore Institute of Technology

Other reputed institutions that offer MCA comprise of the Kerala University, the Annamalai University, Jawaharlal Nehru University and the Anna University. The Mahatma Gandhi University and the Karnataka University offers students with MCA courses as well.

♦♦ Benefits of MCA after BCA
:

The individual qualities a student possesses will benefit him in his way for a bright carer. This is similar in the case of a person taking up MCA after BCA. A student will receive the fundamental training in computer applications when he studies the BCA course. But when he takes up the MCA course, he delves further into this fantastic field of study. The standards of education that is offered to students everywhere ensures that they are capable to work with any corporate that hires them.

> The main importance of doing MCA after BCA is that only by going through this program will one understand the finer points of the computer applications course. By just studying the BCA course it won’t be enough to get the thorough knowledge about computer application.

> Hope this helps !
