Re: BE Mechanical engineer can do Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering?
First thing I would like to let you know is that the minimum education required to pursue Diploma or Degree course in Civil Engineering (as per New Education Policy) is a Class 12th from a recognised board of education. Further, one can pursue Diploma in Civil Engineering degree course even after their Class 10th.
So, as you have completed B.E. in Mechanical engineering you must have also completed your Class 12th or equivalent degree which is the basic requirement for pursuing Diploma or Degree course in Civil Engineering and therefore you can pursue degree or diploma course in Civil engineering degree course irrespective of your higher or other qualifications. |
