Is Migration certificate required to move from Calcutta University to WBSHU?


I have been admitted in a college under Calcutta University in the academic year 2019-20 but I get chance in a medical college under WBSHU. Please tell whether migration certificate is required in this case? If so what is the procedure?

I have taken migration certificate from calcutta university but now i again want to take admission in calcutta university. i have not taken admission in other state till now. so i want to take the admission in calcutta university.
