what is the minimum marks for qualifying csir in life sciences

First of all do not think about minimum Marks.

If you have whole Knowledge of your subjects then you will crack the exam with great percentage.

But your information the minimum percentage is 40%.

Minimum cut-off percentage for the award of fellowship/lectureship in Life Science disciplines in the joint CSIR-UGC are :
