Re: Minimum percentage required for attempting AFCAT
The required aggregate to appear in AFCAT ( Air Force Common Admission Test ) is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree with minimum 60%.
So, you are not eligible to appear in examination. The examination is conducted in two stages as Written and SSB. It is compulsory to qualify in each stage of examination for final selection. To get any other detail visit at www.careerairforce.nic.in. |

Re: Minimum percentage required for attempting AFCAT
No, you are not eligible to appear in AFCAT examination. AFCAT examination is conducted by Air Force.
The eligibility to appear is :- Educational Qualification --- Bachelor degree from a recognised university. Aggregate --- 60% in bachelor degree. Age limit -- Varies with post. So, you are not eligible to appear in examination. But you can appear in CDS examination which is conducted by UPSC for recruitment in Air Force. |

Re: Minimum percentage required for attempting AFCAT
AFCAT refers to Air force Common Admission Test and same examination is held for recruitment of commissioned officer in Indian Air force.
As far as you are concerned about your eligibility for appearing in AFCAT having completed your graduation with 58% marks then I would like to let you know that you are not eligible for appearing in AFCAT as for the same you are required to have completed your Class 12th with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects with at least 60% marks in each subject followed by a graduation degree with at least 60% marks from a recognized board. For more details and FAQs regarding AFCAT you can refer to the link www.careerairforce.nic.in . |
