As far as you are concerned about minimum percentage of marks required in B.Tech degree to be eligible for filling an application for Assistant Engineer Examination then I would like to let you know that it varies with organization. But, in general it is around 60% marks ( with provision of marks relaxation upto 5% for reserved category candidates) in aggregate throughout the academic degree from a recognised university.
