Is my daughter eligible for NCL certificate?


I'm a state government teacher. My annual income is 5.0 lakhs and my husband is a software professional. Is my daughter eligible for NCL certificate..?

The income demarcating creamy and non creamy layer in Other Backward category is six lacs per annum. If parent's income of a candidate is less than this income then child is under non creamy layer and will receive all benefits of reservation.

So, if you and your husband's income is more than six lacs then your daughter will not be eligible for NCL certificate.
