My Friend,i am myself pursuing chartered accountancy from ICAI(Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and currently in the inter stage. If you are really concerned about becoming a successful c.a. then my suggestion would be you come to Delhi and register yourself in the ICAI.

Now why Delhi?
1.First of all you will get the best CA coaching institute with the best faculty in Delhi itself then anywhere else in India. Laxmingar in delhi is popular for ca coaching classes. children from all over India and even from Nepal come in Delhi for ca..
2.Secondly when you attend classes with a large group of enthusiastic students(which you wont be able to find in Tamil nadu) it will not only boost your morale but help you to put your maximum effort.i rented a room in laxminagar and found out that students are giving their best which encouraged me to do so myself.
3.Most important is that if you cleared your IPCC (i.e. inter) with good marks you can get a good earning job in a reputed firm in delhi (having a good potential)and continue your studies with it what more you ask for.

ca is only conducted by institute of charted accountant of India and non other institute has the authority to run ca course other than institute of charted accountant of India,

so if you want to pursue ca course then get registered with institute of charted accountant of India , you can get private tutions for ca preparation
