Are new iits good for m.tech in ece than top nits?

From my point of view top NITs are far better than new IITs in many aspects
for M.Tech.Some of those are
i)New IITs don't have sufficient professors to teach.Academic curriculum wasn't stabilized.You don't proper laboratories to do your reseach.
ii)Recently in NIT Warangal one of the student of M.Tech is selected with annual package 68 lakhs per annum.
iii)According to rankings most of NITs colleges placed better position compared to top IITs
