Hello, I have complete my Graduation and NTT 2 year course. I have applied and also qualified in BTET with 87 marks. My question is that NTT is equivalent of DEd or not? Please tell me about this asap.

Yes, NTT which stand for Nursery Teacher Training is equivalent to the D.ED which stand for Diploma in Elementary Education both are same. You, can do any one of the course and can fetch a job for yourself in the field of teaching. Both the course aim to teach the students upto the primary section that means till class 5 aspirant can apply for a job in any of the reputed schools of India.

So, yes NTT is equivalent to D.Ed course. Because both the course duration is same that means for 2 years and follow the same syllabus/curriculum too and it also includes practice teaching in a school. So, the pattern of study are same only the name differs.

NTT (Nursery Teachers Training) is a diploma level degree. D.Ed (Diploma in Education) is also a diploma level degree. The duration of the courses is 1 year.

For becoming teachers in government sector both the degrees are accepted.
So, NTT course is almost equivalent to D.Ed degree.

My question is that NTT should be complet from under NCTE or whatever institute??

In lucknow we have a good institute named SUCCESS LAMP. They are approved by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, You can apply there.

Yes, you can contact SUCCESS LAMP institute in Jankipuram Lucknow they are approved by Govt. Of India , Ministry of HRD.

Yes, NTT(Nursery Teacher Training) course is equivalent to D.Ed course. Only their name differ to one another on the contrary pattern of course, syllabus and duration of course are all same. Both courses are upto primary level(1-5).
