You have mentioned in the title as Dpharm and in the query it is Pharm D. Both are totally different. Dpharm is 2 year diploma while Pharm D is a five year course some what having status higher than Mpharm. PharmD is introduced in India very recently and the prospects are not known, but off course it will be better than Bpharm. If u are not interested in pursuing mpharm it is better to settle with 2 year dpharm. Dpharm candidates can get almost all jobs which bpharm candidates apply for. But initial pay and promotion prospects may vary.

i want to do pharma mba in andhra pradesh in distance mode,is it possible?

sir am doing B.pharmcy final year how many types of entrance tests will enter into M.pharmacy.

D.pharma and
B.pharma are three different things in pharma field, if you done pharm. d then you shall be aan universal pharmacist,you can be be practice any where in the world, but in there are not so much opportunity in this field, but in abroad it is so demandeble field, there doctors only diagnosis the patient then pharmacist prescribed the actual drug for the patient.

hello dear,
ofcourse, why not??? but after d.pharma. this should be tuff, and you cannot get suitable position in pharma industry.
so, i want to advise you for doing jobs as-
hospital pharmacist,
and as a chemist job etc.

if you do further course like b.pharm, then this should be much better for getting jobs in pharma industry easily.

go through b.pharma after this you can do m.pharmacy and enter into research in pharmaceutical industries and also in academics
pharma d makes you to work only as a pharmacist in hospitals and other health sectors
pharma d has excellent scope in abroad but in india b.pharm is better than pharma d
take a wise decision before choosing

of course B.pharm is better than D.pharm because it is degree course.

The job is available in companies as well as in research laboratories.

Bpharma is bachelor of pharmacy and its higher degree than Dpharma so better you do Bpharma.

It has a very good scope for your career.

Salary is depending upon the institute you have studied and university.

Starting salary is almost above 20,000.

First you do if D.pharma then it is good

but if you do B.Pharma then you do M.Pharma
then that is good for your future,because after that you go for lectureship job or

One the basis of your question B. Pharma is batter then D. pharma. and the salary structure of B. Pharma and D. Pharma is 12,000 and 8,000 for diploma of pharmacy. basically diploma course is given to you besic knowledge of pharmacy but a vast knowledge is provide B. Pharma.

yes it is possible to do MBA in Pharma but you have to experience in ur hand for batter job prospective. and Sikkim Manipal University is best option for such courses.

Hi Dear,

there are lots of exam for appearing for M. Pharma in india but standard exam for course M. Pharmacy is GPAT. but after GPAT exam university most likely to do their own exam. be prepare for the exam and lots of exam also conduct stats as well.

As you say you have diploma in pharmacy, yes u have job in pharmacutical Industry but you have basic graduation course like Bsc or Msc. so prepare for garduation in science streem. and u definatly got job in pharmaceutical industry.

As you say you have completed your B. Pharmacy Course, after B. Pharmacy u want to do M. pharmacy. every branch have its own importance first u have to check ur interest in the pharma subjects. if u wanna built ur career in preclinical or clinical field u have to do pharmacology or if u want to do career in formulation u have to do Pharmaceutics or interested in QC/QA u have to to m. pharma in quality assurance and if ur chemistry field is strong u have to do medicinal chemistry.

M.Pharma and MBA Both are better option for future but most important thing is in which field your interested. if u want your career in the managment field u have to do MBA and if u want your career in hardcore pharma field you have to do M. pharma whatever branch.

Dont get confuge for M. Pharma or Job first preference what ur mind says if u want to do job get a chance for job and if u want to do study u definety go for M. Pharma. and if u dont mind my personal suggesiton is u have to do M. pharma for better future and knowledge.

as u say u r student of b. pharma 4th year and u want to do 1st year training with MBA it is good option for making career in pharma marketing but if u want career in industry u have to do m.pharma or job in industry.

pharma D have very much scope in the clinical field. and for hospital pharmacist and clinical research field. as per AICTE norms only m.pharma should teach b.pharma students. but verious private college allow to teach student of b.pharma students.

What will be the salary package for a b.pharm graduate in India(all possible pharma fields)?

---So it's clear that you have to focus on the course of B.pharmacy as compare to D.pharmacy.
