Can that person do robotics which haven't more or sufficient money to pay fees of robotics? It's a question which need proper attention please.

Yes, off course, one can continue his/her studies even if they didn't have sufficient money for fee. Nowadays, money is not a big deal in study courses. Government has launched various education loan schemes that you can apply to continue your studies. You simply have to visit the nearby bank and apply for education loan. You must have a fee structure duly approved by the college authorities to apply loan. After completion of bank formalities, you will be issued a Demand Draft in favor of college and the same amount will be notes in your loan account.
You have to repay this loan in installments after one year from the completion of your course.
