Possibility to appear for 12th Board exams under Bihar Board and CBSE Board simultaneously in same year?

Sir, I am Akash and I passed class 10th in 2017 from Bihar Board. Then for class 11th and 12th I changed the board into CBSE Board. I failed twice that is in the year 2019 & 2020 in class 12th final Board exams. Can I appear in 2021 class 12th Board exams under Bihar Board as well as under CBSE Board?

No , as per the rules of the board you cannot appear for the exams from 2 different boards
It will be difficult for you to study as the syllabus is difficult and the rules also do not allow you to do tje following
As you have studied 11 and 12 from CBSE board you will have to re appear from the same board
