I have cleared my 10th board exam from Science stream. Now, I want to write exam of 2nd PUC from Science directly without 1st PUC. Is it possible under any circumstances?

It is not possible for any candidate to directly appear for 2nd PUC without appearing for 1st PUC. The registration for 2nd PUC is done in 1st PUC and candidates select their stream and subjects.
