Possibility to do a course in Animation programme in 2D and 3D after BCA?

I am going to finish my BCA degree. Can I go for a course in Animation after BCA? But, I am weak in programming and I am interested in Animation in 2D and 3D. What should I do? Which course can I do after BCA? Any short term courses in Animation? Or, can I do Master's in Media and Animation?
