Is SET entrance exam compulsory for the post of Teacher in Government Schools/Colleges?


Sir, I have passed MBA, M.Com and M.Phil in Management. I would like to become a Teacher. Will my M.Phil Management be considered for the post of Government Teacher or I would have to write the SET entrance exam?

SET state eligibility test is an exam which is conducted to select the candidate for literature post and junior research fellowship in various government college and university.
**Master degree is required to appeared in this exam.
** Their are two papers in SET exam, paper 1 & Paper 2
** Set exam syllabus is UGC NET & CSIR NET examination syllabus.
** In india Many state conduct SET exam are given bellow:-
1) W. B.
2) Bihar
3) Maharashtra
4) J&K
5) Madhya pradesh
6) Gujarat. Etc.
