Possibility to study in Canada for a candidate with 47% in 12th Humanities?

Respected Sir/Madam, I have secured only 47% marks in my 12th standard with Humanities stream. I want to do my further study in Canada. I would like to know that is it possible for me with this percentage of marks?

Ti study in Canada there are also some other requirements like you will have to clear the IELTS exam and have a specific band to study in the college / university
With such low marks it will be difficult for you to get into a good university and the process may also be delayed.
