As I'm in 2nd year BA program. I want to study LLB with my 2nd year graduation. Can I apply for LLB course now or if I have to apply for LLB after completing my graduation?

The first thing I would like to let you know that two regular degree course simultaneously is not valid.

Further, in case you are willing to opt for LLB course in distance mode then it is not advisable from my side as it is not acceptable by Bar Council of India for practicing law.

So, the best option for you to opt for degree course in Law after completion of your B.A. program degree course and in that case you will become eligible to pursue LLB degree course of three years.

LLB is three year course from a recognised university.

The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

There is no upper age limit for the admission in the course.

So, you are not eligible to get admission in the course after 2nd year of BA course.

Entrance examination is conducted for admission in the premier institutions.

LLB stands for Bachelor of Law. The minimum academic qualification required for LLB course is that candidate must have completed bachelor's degree or studying in final year of bachelor's degree.

You can not apply for LLB course while studying in 2nd year of bachelor's degree. After 12th, candidates are allowed to apply for CLAT exam for five years BA LLB course. LLB course after bachelor's degree is of three years.

LLB is Bachelor of Law.

The eligiblility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

So, candidates pursuing in the 2nd year of bachelor course are not eligible to get admission in the LLB course.
