Sir, I don't have caste certificate but will get after last date of filling form for State Services. So, at this moment shall I apply by mentioning fake certificate number? If I do so, then what is the chances that I might get caught?

Instead of doing this you should report them. They may give some better alternative. Submitting Fake identity can lead to a major problem.

--Today,onwards system is all settled computerised and when you entered your wrong certificate number it might be cross check and if its wrong, then some major action done on you like FIR.
