Is it possible to become a Software Engineer through BCA(H) course?

Hi Sir/Madam, it is my dream to become a Software Engineer. I am preparing for the Board exam of 12th standard with Science stream. I want to do BCA(H) course instead of BTech after my 12th. So, is it possible to become a Software Engineer for me?

To be become an software engineer, you are required to have completed B.E./B.Tech. degree course in Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant discipline.

So, having opted for BCA (H) degree course instead of B.Tech degree course, you can not get a job/designation as a software engineer but you can work as a software developer or some other works related to computer applications.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
