I have completed my 12 and now I have to change stream from commerce to diploma, does it is possible now?

Yes, you can do diploma course in Engineering. Those candidates who have passed matriculation/10th with Mathematics, Physical Science & English from Central or State Board recognized by Govt are eligible for Diploma entrance exam.

yes you can apply on the basis of your 10th class . as the eligibility of polytech diploma in engineering is 10th or lateral entry for ITI or 12th with PCM holder , so if anyone have done 12 with commerce can do diploma on the basis of his 10th class then your diploma will be of 3 years.
