I am currently doing my 4th semester in a private college in Pondicherry and would like to know if its possible to change to another college at this stage

No,it is not possible to change the college after 4th semester,it is only possible after 2nd semester.

Ya you can change your college with your interest. But it is affect your studies. You can contact your college administrator officer for changing college.

Sorry but its not possible to change the college after 4th semester.There is provision that during your first year i.e till 2nd semester you can give enterance test for any other college and if clears then can take admission in it.Pyt its not possible beyond that.
