Is it possible to change engineering branch from ECE to CSE and get admitted in SRM College?

Sir, I have completed B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from SRM College and now wants to do M.Tech from same college but wish to change my branch to Computer Science Engineering (CSE). Is it possible? What I need to do to take admission in SRM College from ECE to CSE branch? Will it be good?
