can we join cs after 10th if it is possible then tell the details about joining CS course after 10th?

No the same is not possible. You have to atleast be a 12th pass. You need to send across proof of the same at the time of joining. Also it will be good for you take the commerce stream in 11th and 12th. The basic concepts taught at this level will be useful for you and you will find the course easier when you join for it.

The Company Secretary course can not be pursued just after 10th. The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for the course is +2, from a recognized board of studies.
The course is divided into three stages
Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program

Candidates who have passed +2 level of examination have to enroll for the Foundation program which is followed by the Executive and the Professional program

Candidates with a bachelor's degree in any stream, except fine arts, can enroll directly for the Executive Program.

no dear you can not go for cs course after class 10th,

the minimum qualification for cs is class 12th, so you can not go for cs course on 10th basis,

clear your intermediate and then go for cs foundation registration ,

but dear i can advice you to go for cwa course as you can get registerd for cwa at 10th passing stage, it is almost equal to cs course in approx all the aspects,
