I have Prathama certificate, got from the university in 1986. Is Prathama equivalent to 10th? Please give me answer as early as possible. Thank you.

Look Prathama Certificate is a certificate which can be used by a candidate to work in a place, study further in higher academics or vocational courses.

But whether its equivalent to 10th standard or not, depends from institutes to organisation where one is applying for what ever purpose. So, its dependin upon situation.
