Well actually i am studying now in Valia engineering college in B.E. mechanical in 4th same regular. I want to change college in another college in GTU, what is the procedure to change college?

No, it is not possible to change from one college to another college while pursuing Engineering course. You need to pursue complete course from the same college/ university where you have secured admission for pursuing Engineering course. In case, if you are not interested to continue the course in your present university then, you need to take fresh admission in first year of the course in the university in which you are interested to pursue your higher studies.
