what is the procedure of joining P. hd. after qualifying NET JRF? Let me know the procedure

i've cleared NET JRF (pol. sc.). Is it possible to get direct admission for PhD in a good university? otherwise what is the procedure?

sir i have cleared net with JRF. I have done M.Sc. in Clothing & Textile.please tell the research institutes where i can do project work.

i ve cleared UGC JRF NET June 2010. i ve received both the certificates. i ve joined Ph.D foods and Nutrition in Home Science dept, Kerala Agricultural Univertsity on 17th Aug 2011. i had also send my joining report in August. But I ve nt yet recieved any intimations from the UGC Office.I ve been calling the UGC office for more than a month...i ve nt got any proper response...wat should i do now?

do we need to apply to csir to procure jrf fellowship or do we apply directly to institutes of our choicello

sir, i have qualified UGC net in 2004 and received JRF letter 2005 and i have joined Ph.D in 2006. after joining i have send letter to UGC for sanction of my scholarship. at that time i donot know how to apply for JRF. in 2007 i got one letter from the UGC for verrification of my certificates. till today i did not get any further information on scholarship. can i get scholarship after completion of my Ph.D.if possible can you explain how to apply for scholarship in this year.
