Procedure to take admission in foreign universities in M.Tech course after B.Tech Mechanical?


i want to know about the procedure to take admission in foreign universities in M.TECH after doing B.TECH in MECHANICAL.
i dnt know anythng about this ...so plz explain me in detail about all these things.
