Is Punjab Technical University's degree valid for government jobs?


I have successful completed B.Sc Information Technology in the year 2010-2014 from Punjab Technical University (PTU). Is this degree valid? Can I apply for state or central government jobs?

Punjab technical university is established as act of state legislature & is recognised by UGC.
PTU is affiliated with UGC & AICTE, so degree from PTU considered valid under government sector.
